Wi-Fi TV Inc. today announced that its Founder and Chairman will host a live online webcast on August 8th 2007 at 10 AM Pacific time, 1 PM Eastern time (http://www.wi-fitv.com/). This will be the first live global webcast in 2008 to focus exclusively on the future of TV. It will address all creative and technical issues related to the delivery of the next generation of TV over the Internet.
Over the next few years, hundreds of millions of dollars in production, advertising, and delivery platform money is expected to migrate from traditional TV delivery to Internet TV delivery, according to Wi-Fi TV Inc.
Guest experts are invited to appear with the criteria that they must be a decision maker at an Internet, Phone, Cable, Satellite, TV Network or Communications company. Representatives of unions and producers, writers and actors are also welcome.
The webcast, which will originate from the Wi-Fi TV offices, will be carried on the home page of Wi-Fi TV (http://www.wi-fitv.com/) for free global viewing. A recorded version of the program will also be available for free viewing at Wi-Fi TV for several weeks thereafter.
Wi-Fi TV Founder and Chairman Alex Kanakaris will host the event.
